If you believe your garment/accessory is faulty please contact us on email@example.com so we can swiftly deal with the issue. A replacement will be sent to you if there is sufficient stock.
Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by One By One store.
We offer no return or exchange on Undergarments or swimwear. Household items or lifestyle accessories such as towels, magazines, headwear and jewellery is only exchangeable if there is a fault with this item therefor we won’t offer returns on these products.
